Rental Terms & Conditions
- All rentals are based on one day us. Rentals may be picked up the day before, and returned the day after before closing for no additional charge. Longer rental terms are available.
- Payments are due a day before delivery. Accepted Payment Methods of payments are cash and/or credit (including Zelle) with a valid Driver’s License.
- A deposit and government issue ID ARE REQUIRED for all rental items, The deposit is based on the value of the equipment and must be cash or credit card.
- All rental equipment must be broken down upon pick up. All chinaware, flatware, must be rinsed before returning; a cleaning service charge of $50 or $100 is needed to rent. (Depending on the Total Price)
- All rental delivery rates are based on a first floor delivery and pick up normal working hours, for deliveries other than ground floor or after normal business hours, please call for a price inquiry.
- Client must be present at the time of delivery and pic-up for verification of all rental equipment.
- If rental items leaves the store, it is considered a full rental.
- Rental equipment should be maintained in good and clean conditions. Rental equipment will be subject to a $50 cleaning fee. There will be a 50% charge on all damaged glassware and linen rentals
- Any Items rented without an operator should be supervised at all times.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT ARE REFUNDED A WEEK AFTER EVENT. (Meaning after the day it was returned to the store OR picked up at the event location)
- Security Deposit must be returned the same method that it was paid with. (If paid by cash, must be returned by cash. If paid by Credit Card, It must be the same credit card the deposit was paid with.)
Cancellation Policy
Rental Contracts can can only be cancelled up to 72 HOURS before the event date. In the event of a cancellation within the 72 hours, the deposit will be held as store credit to be used in future contacts. THERE IS NO FULL REFUNDS!
Delivery
Delivery is from the store to the event location as directed per the customer. Delivery fees vary depending on event location and quantity. There will be an additional delivery charge if additional rentals items aside from the original contract has been requested after the delivery is en route.
I Voluntarily release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless and discharge the equipment owner, operator, and all person or organizations associated with the use of the amusement equipment or games, from any and all liability claims, demand actions or rights of actions, whether the personal or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected to the use of interactive inflatable(s) or amusement equipment items including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or ommisions. I agree to reimburse any reasonalbe attorney's fee and cost that may be incur to the equipment's owner, operator, or others in the defense of any such liability, claims, demands, action and cause of action.

Dear Valued Customer
We at Viko’s Party Rentals & Sales demote time and effort to provide you with quality service and rental equipment. We try to deliver a day or two days before your event, giving you ample time to set up and prepare for a successful hassle free event. In return, we ask our customers to follow a few guidelines that will make our maintenance and pick up time hassle free.
Equipment Rentals : Please stack all equipment the same manner as it was delivered. (Chairs folding and stacked, tables broken down and stacked, etc)
Linens: Please shake free of crumbs and confetti and place in a bag. A security deposit is charge to ensure damage-free returns. Wax damage, burns, cuts, holes and unremovable stains on return will be covered by the security deposit. Additional Charges May Apply.
Tents: Please do not decorate tents with crape paper, as it tend to leave stains on the tent, it’s poles, and the ropes. If decorating with balloons and other hanging decorations, please remove them before pick-up.
– If we install a tent over your deck, please remove all of your privately owned furniture and accessories before the time of installation and Pick Up
– Please Stack all rental equipment under your tent to reduce the risk of damage against any inclement weather.
Food Service Items: All items must be rinse free of food and dry before being placed back into their boxes. This poly only applies to all chinaware, glassware, flatware, tableware, etc.
AMUSEMENT MACHINES:
POPCORN MACHINES, HOT DOGS MACHINES: Please remove excess of food and wipe inside clean.
COTTON CANDY MACHINES: Rinse the bowl clean
COFFEE MACHINES: Remove grinds and rinse clean
BARBECUE GRILLS: We suggest first lining the grill with aluminum foil, as it will make disposing the coals easier for you!
NOTE. Prices of all rentals are subject to change without notice.
*The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, for the expenses and cost incurred by OWNER in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken OVER to collect any amount due the OWNER under this rental agreement.
*These terms are accepted by the RENTER upon delivery of the terms to the RENTER or the agent or the other representative of RENTER.
